JOB PROFILE

POSITION:
Application Support specialist – Bank    

JOB PURPOSE:
•  Second line support of New Athena and other Bank’s IT systems
•  Take part in applications development and implementation projects from support side

POSITION REPORTS TO:
Head of IT Bank    

DIRECT REPORTS:
None

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Run day-to-day activities
•  Support of Bank’s users, incidents resolving
•  Take part in applications development and implementation projects from support side
•  Create and maintain support documentation (instructions, regulations etc)
•  Monitor and ensure stable work of Bank’s IT systems

KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

ESSENTIAL
•  University degree, primary or secondary degree in Finance/Economics is an advantage
•  Knowledge of New Athena and Oracle
•  Spoken English; communications skills; client-oriented.

PREFERRED
•  Knowledge in client, financial & regulatory reporting
•  Knowledge of products and business processes in Commercial Bank.
•  Knowledge of IT Service Management•   

LIKELY / NECESSARY EXPERIENTIAL BACKGROUND:
•  Minimum 2 years in Application Support
